Tenders are invited for Procurement of Consulting Services for SiRimbun and SiMpora Application Development The Results-Based Payment (RBP) Program of the Green Climate Fund (GCF) of Central Sulawesi Province supports efforts to reduce Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions by strengthening sustainable forest governance, forest and land rehabilitation (RHL), and developing information systems that support integrated data management and activity monitoring. As part of the implementation of the program, KEMITRAAN will carry out the procurement of consulting services for the development of two web-based applications, namely: 1. SiRimbun (Community Performance-Based Incentive System for Forest and Land Rehabilitation), as a system for managing incentives based on community performance in forest and land rehabilitation activities; and 2. SiMpora (Rehabilitation Tree Growth Monitoring Information System), as a forest rehabilitation plant growth monitoring system based on spatial and non-spatial data. The developed application is expected to support transparency, accountability, forest rehabilitation monitoring, carbon data management, and support system integration with the Central Sulawesi Provincial Forestry Service.
