Tenders are invited for Provision of Industrial Automation Control System Service Contract for Production and Power Plant Facilities. Scope of Work: Remote Technical Assistance: - OEM-backed VPN and hotline support for urgent cases and remote diagnostics. Performance & Health Audits: - Scheduled assessments of automation systems for operational integrity and performance tuning. OEM-Certified On-Site Technical Support: - Daily on-site presence of three (3) certified engineers for PM and troubleshooting. - Alignment with OEM standards for all DCS, PLC and SCADA subsystems. Upgrade and Modernization Studies: - Feasibility reviews, cost-benefit analysis and upgrade path recommendations. Spare Part Lifecycle Management: - Classification of critical spares. - Obsolescence forecast and mitigation strategy. OEM Coordination: - Root cause analysis and diagnosis via direct channel. Training and Knowledge Transfer: - Overseas and on-site technical training for local engineers.
