Tenders are invited for Independent Audit Services. Technical Evaluation Criteria Bidder shall comply with the technical requirements and be capable of executing the Scope of Work. Bidder shall comply with the laws and/or regulations for company registration in Iraq. The Bidder shall confirm that it has not been involved in any litigation arising from misconduct or gross negligence. Bidder shall be a member of an international accounting firm with international qualification and standing, resources, and networks. Bidder shall have a valid license or shall be permitted by law to provide services under the Scope of Work. The Bidder shall declare that it has no actual or potential conflict of interest. Bidder shall be capable of delivering the assignment on a timely basis as per DPSC requirements. The Bidder shall have an adequate audit service team with sufficient manpower. Bidder shall have proven experience with at least one (1) International Oil Company (IOC) client operating in Iraq. Bidder shall have a clear methodology, approach, and work plan proposed for executing the required audit. Compliance with the requirements of ITB.
