A Compulsory site visit is scheduled on 19/05/2026 at HVP Gatagara Hospital HQ from 10h00 a.m. to 11h00 a.m. local time and Ruhango daily center from 12h00 a.m.to 13h00 a.m. local time; on 20/05/ 2026 at HVP Gatagara Hospital Gikondo Branch from 10h00 a.m. to11h00 a.m. local time the site visit must be done by a representative of the company and present the proof to be a company staff All bids must be submitted to the secretariat office of HVP Gatagara Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Hospital no later than 03/06/2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
