General Procurement Notice for Procurement of goods and/or works and acquisition of the consulting services for Muvumba Multipurpose Water Resources Development Program - Additional Financing The Government of Republic of Rwanda has received a loan from the African Development Bank as additional financing to Muvumba Multipurpose Water Resources Development Program (MMWRDP) to support the implementation of the Irrigation Subproject Phase I, under the coordination of the Rwanda Water Resources Board (RWB). 2. The development objective of Additional Financing (AF) to MMWRDP is to scale up the program by constructing a climate-resilient irrigation system covering 3,073 ha of agricultural land to increase agricultural productivity and enhance food and nutrition security of the targeted beneficiaries in the program area.
