The Purpose Of Establishing Dis Is To Give Companies The Opportunity To Apply For Inclusion In The Dis And Then, As An Approved Participant, To Be Able To Make Offers For The Ordering Partys Offer Of Winter Service With A Suitable Vehicle On The Routes In The Municipality That Are Designated Class 2, 3 And 4 Roads.
