The R&D Assignment Concerns The Follow-Up Evaluation Of The National Strategy Against Human Trafficking (2025–2030). The Follow-Up Evaluation Must Provide Knowledge About How The Strategy Is Implemented In Practice, Including Management, Coordination And Cooperation Between Relevant Actors, As Well As Shed Light On Trends And Assumptions That Influence Implementation. The Evaluation Will Also Shed Light On Key Aspects Of The Implementation Of The Strategys Focus Areas And Measures, Including Prevention, Assistance And Protection, As Well As Criminal Prosecution. The Evaluation Will Provide A Knowledge Base For Ongoing Learning And Improvement, And Support The Ministry Of Justice And Emergency Preparedness (Jd) And Other Actors Involved In Assessments Of Target Achievement And The Need For Adjustments During The Strategy Period, As Well As In Recommendations For Further Development And Continuation Of Efforts After The End Of The Strategy Period. The Assignment Must Begin As Soon As Possible After The Conclusion Of The Contract And End By 30 June 2031. The Assignment Has A Financial Framework Of Nok 8.8 Million (Excluding Vat). With The Ordinary Vat Rate (25%), This Amounts To Nok 11.0 Million (Incl. Vat), For The Entire Main Assignment. In Addition, The Client Reserves The Right To Trigger An Option To Extend The Assignment, Provided Budgetary Coverage Is Met. The Option Has An Upper Limit Of Nok 800,000 Excl. Vat The Total Value Of The Acquisition Is Thus Nok 9,600,000 Excl. Vat For A Detailed Description Of The Delivery And The Option, See Appendix 1 To The Agreement.
