The Regions (Henceforth The Contracting Authority) Intend To Conduct An Eu Tender For The Procurement, Implementation, Maintenance And Further Development Of A Standard Off-The-Shelf Computer Aided Dispatch System (Cad) For Ambulances And Other Ems Resources As Well As Non-Emergency Patient Transport. The Tender Is Expected To Be Published In Q3 Of 2026. Prior To Launching The Tender Procedure, The Contracting Authority Is Conducting A Market Consultation To Inform The Preparation Of The Procurement, Including The Design Of The Requirements, The Contractual Set-Up, The Implementation Approach, And The Management Of Integration-Related And Security-Related Risks.
