The Client Wishes To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Supplier, Which Covers Their Needs For The Operation And Maintenance Of Road Lighting In An Environmentally And Cost-Effective Way. The Agreement Will Include All Relevant Tasks And Materials In Connection With The Operation And Maintenance Of The Road Lighting Systems. The Framework Agreement Shall Apply To The Road Lights That The Municipalities In The Østre Agder Collaboration Are Responsible For Operating. An Offer Must Be Submitted That Covers The Entire Scope Of All The Municipalities. A Contract Is Entered Into Separately For Each Municipality. It Is Important For The Municipalities To Have An Overview Of The Road Lights, Therefore It Is Required That The Suppliers System Uploads The Information Regarding Road Lights To The Nvdb.
