Through This European Public Tender, De Dommel Water Board Wishes To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Contractor For The Execution Of The Work Regarding Recruitment, (Pre)Selection And/Or Administrative Handling Of External Hiring And To Provide Support In Minimizing (Employment) Law Risks. The Need Includes The Hiring Of Temporary External Staff Who Are Deployed On A Best-Efforts Basis. This Involves Meeting Water Board-Wide Capacity Needs, Both For The Primary Process (Project Leaders, Policy Advisors, Project Supporters) And The Business Operations/Secondary Processes Organization-Wide (Finance, Communication, Legal, Hr, Staff Functions, Ict). The Need For External Hiring Is Inherently Dynamic And Depends On, Among Other Things, The Project Portfolio, Availability Of Own Capacity And Market Conditions. Based On Current Insights, The Size Of The Assignment Is Estimated At Approximately €6,000,000 Per Year (Excl. Vat). This Amount Concerns The Hourly Rates Of The Candidates Including The Fixed Surcharge Per Hour. The Total Size (Including Any Extensions, Which Brings The Term To A Maximum Of 4 Years) Is Estimated At € 24,000,000 (Excl. Vat). The Order Value Over The Total Term Of The Agreement Is Capped At 150% Of The Stated Expected Size, Being € 36,000,000 (Excl. Vat). The Size Mentioned Above Is Only Intended As An Indication. The Contractor Cannot Derive Any Rights From This In Any Way. De Dommel Water Board Has No Purchase Obligation And Does Not Provide A Turnover Guarantee. All Amounts Mentioned Are Exclusive Of Vat.
