Subject Of The Public Procurement: Reclamation Of Cells 1 And 2 Of The Landfill For Non-Hazardous Waste, Shishmantsi Village, Rakovski Municipality, Part Of The Landfill For Non-Hazardous Waste With A Closed Biological Degradation Facility Of The Municipality Of Plovdiv. For The Implementation Of The Activities Within The Scope Of The Order, Two Main Stages Are Foreseen - Technical Reclamation And Biological Reclamation. The Cage Reclamation Project Includes The Following Design Requirements: The Technical Reclamation Of The Waste Should Extend Within The Boundaries Of The Cell; Minimal Waste Removal; Use Of Local Earth Materials For The Necessary Earthworks; Use Of The Existing Technological Infrastructure Of The Landfill To Treat The Leachate Separated From The Recultivated Cell; Collection And Removal Of Clean Surface Water Outside The Cell Body. The Implementation Of The First Stage Of Biological Reclamation Includes Weeding Of The Technically Reclaimed Cells From The Landfill (Planting With Seeds, Water, Fertilizer Included). ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ On The Basis Of Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 2, Letter D Of Zut, As Well As Art. 4, Para. 4 Of Ordinance No. 1 Of 30.07.2003 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types, The Construction Is The Closing Of A Waste Landfill By Surface Sealing With An Upper Insulating Screen And The Site Is Second Category, And According To The Rules For The Procedure For Entry And Maintenance Of The Central Professional Register Of The Builder - Art. 5, Para. 6, Item 4, Subsection 4.2.2, The Same Object Is Classified In The Fourth Group Of Constructions.
