The Subject Of The Public Order Is The Provision Of Complex Services For Printing, Copying, Scanning And Full Servicing Of Printing, Copying And Scanning Equipment. Full Information On The Scope, Volume And Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Is Described In Detail In The Technical Specification. In The Scope Of The Order, It Is Planned To Provide Services Related To Printing And Copying Of Documents, Using Multifunctional Machines (Copier, Printer, Scanner) Provided By The Contractor For Use And Printers Using Network Printing And Copying And Full Service Throughout The Entire Structure Of Mbal Lozenets Ead. The Public Order Is Aimed At Providing Services For Printing, Copying, Scanning And Full Servicing Of The Equipment, Including Paper. The Aim Is To Renew And Modernize The Printing Environment Of Mbal Lozenets Ead, As Well As To Completely Transfer All Related Commitments To Service New Devices, Maintenance, Monitoring, Planning And Provision Of Consumables (Including Paper), Spare Parts And Other Activities Related To The Subject Of The Service To An External Contractor. The Solution Should Include The Provision Of Printing Devices As Well As Software Solutions For Remote Monitoring And Reporting And Device Control. To Perform The Services, The Contractor Must Provide At His Own Expense Devices Of The Following Types And Quantities: - Color Multifunctional Device A3 Type 1 – 1 Pc.; - Monochrome Multifunctional Device A4 Type 2 – 29 Pcs.; - Printer A4 Type 1 - 6 Pcs.; - Printer A4 Type 2 – 58 Pcs., According To The Requirements Of The Employer, Detailed In The Technical Specification. The Scope Of The Order Does Not Provide For The Acquisition Of Ownership Of The Products And Equipment Used, Neither For The Period Of The Contract Nor After Its Termination/Expiry. The Estimated Print Volume Expected To Be Generated In One Month Is 50,000 A4 Monochrome Copies And 500 A4 Color Copies. Delivery Of Copy Paper Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor.
