Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Net Active Electrical Energy And Performance Of The Functions Of Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Sopot

The Purpose Of Awarding The Public Contract Is To Conclude A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20, Para. 1 In Connection With Art. 11, Item 10 Of The Electricity Trade Rules /Ptee/, Namely: Purchase Of Electricity And Payment Of All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer: Access To The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transmission Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing, As Well As All Other Services In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Public Procurement. During The Supply, Continuity Of The Electricity Supply Should Be Ensured And Electrical Energy Should Be Supplied With Quality And In Order, According To The Provisions Of The Bulgarian Legislation, Including The Law On Energy /Ze/ And The Bylaws On Its Implementation. In The Capacity Of Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, The Contractor Shall Take Responsibility For Balancing, Include The Employer In The Balancing Energy Market As A Participant (Indirect Member) In A Standard Balancing Group, Without The Employer Paying A Registration And Participation Fee, As Well As Provide Forecasting Of The Employers Consumption, Including Administration Of The Employers Hourly Consumption Schedules.
