The Contracting Authority Will Make Specific Requests For The Supply Of Textbooks And Study Kits In View Of The Need. The Execution Of The Delivery Must Be In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Current Regulations Regarding The Printing And Distribution Of Textbooks. Textbooks Delivered Must Be New, Unused And Properly Packaged. Delivery Of The Goods To The School Address And Unloading Is At The Expense Of The Contractor.
