The Activities, The Subject Of The Order, Are Expressed In The Supply Of Net Amounts Of Active Electrical Energy (Medium/Low Voltage) And The Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator For The Needs Of Municipally Owned Objects Of The Municipality Of Stamboliyski. Selection Of A Supplier Of Net Active Electrical Energy By The Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, Full Administration Of The Information Flow With The Eso And Assuming The Costs Of Imbalances For The Needs Of Municipally Owned Objects. As The Objects Are Listed Non-Exhaustively In The Technical Specification, For A Period Of 4 (Four) Months, Starting From The Date Of Registration Of The First Delivery. The Estimated Amount Of Electrical Energy For 4 (Four) Months Is Approximately 177,411 Mwh Or 177,411 Kwh Of Net Active Electrical Energy. Delivery Is Made To The Customers Sites, Detailed In The Technical Specification. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Is Determined On The Basis Of The Consumed Amounts For The Previous 3 Months For All Sites Of The Contracting Authority. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are In Accordance With The Draft Contract, The Technical Specification, The Technical And Price Proposal Of The Contractor, As Well As In Accordance With The Current Legislation And Established Rules In The Field Of Energy.
