Part No. 1 - The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport And Pick-Up Services For Students To And From Primary Schools In The Zbąszynek Commune In The 2026/2027 School Year.1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Transport Services - School Transport, Based On Monthly Tickets For Students Commuting To Primary Schools In The Zbąszynek Commune And The Provision Of A Guardian For The Duration Of Transport.2) Students Are To Be Transported In Both Directions (Pick-Up And Pick-Up). On School Days To The Following Primary Schools:1. Primary School In Zbąszynek, Ul. Sportowa 1 And Plac Wolności 1,2. Primary School In Kosieczyn, Ul. Home 1.3. Primary School In Dąbrówka Wlkp., Ul. Piastowska 37 From The Towns Indicated In Annex No. 10 To The Swz.3) The Ordering Party Allows The Provision Of Transport Services As Part Of Open Public Transport, I.E. In Combination With The Transport Of Third Parties, With Priority For Students With A Monthly Ticket. In The Case Of Providing School Transport Services As Part Of Regular Transport, The Contractor Will Allow Students To Travel On The Basis Of Issued Monthly Tickets In Order To Carry Out Extra-Curricular Activities Or To Return Students Home Earlier.4) The Transport Will Be Used On The Basis Of Monthly Tickets Issued By The Contractor.5) The Number Of Students And Transport Hours Will Result From The Current Lesson Plans Of Individual Schools.6) The Ordering Party, Through Authorized Directors Of Educational Institutions, Will Provide The Contractor With The Information Before The Beginning Of Each Month, But No Later Than The 20Th. Day Of Each Month In The Period From September 2026 To June 2027, The Current List Of Transported Students And Agreed Hours (Of Transport And Drop-Off) In Individual Schools. In The Event Of A Change In The Lesson Plan, The Principals Will Inform The Contractor 7 Days In Advance About Any Changes. The Return Of Tickets From A Given Month Results In A Reduction Of The Contractors Remuneration And May Be Made By The 10Th Day Of Each Month For A Given Period Of Contract Implementation.7) The Contractors Means Of Transport Will Meet The European Exhaust Emission Standard Of At Least Euro 3 And Will Be Marked Appropriately To Their Nature.8) In Emergency Situations, The Vehicle Designated For Transport, The Contractor Will Provide, Within No More Than 60 Minutes From The Occurrence Of The Failure, A Replacement Vehicle Approved For Use In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In Passenger Transport, Marked Appropriately To Its Nature, I.E. R (Reserve Course) And Meeting The European Exhaust Emission Standard Of Minimum Euro 2.9) The Approximate Number Of Students Is 118, To Be Delivered To Morning Classes. It May Change During Order Processing.
