1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Renovation Of The Municipal Road No. 105182E Osiny - Jerzewo.2. The Task Includes The Renovation Of The Municipal Road In The Town Of Jerzewo On A Section With A Length Of 1,119.00 M, Consisting Of The Construction Of A New Overlay Made Of Mineral And Bituminous Mixtures Along With The Renovation Of The Roadsides. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Works: 1) Measurement Works (Surveying Services), 2) Milling Of The Surface (The Material From Milling The Surface Is The Property Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Milling Material At Its Own Expense To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, At A Distance Of No More Than 15 Km) 3) Leveling The Existing Subgrade With A Mineral And Bituminous Mixture, 4) Cleaning And Sprinkling The Road Surface With An Asphalt Emulsion, 5) Execution Of A Leveling Layer Of Mineral-Bituminous Mass With A Thickness Of 3 Cm,6) Making A Wearing Course Of Mineral-Bituminous Mass With A Thickness Of 3 Cm,7) Construction Of Roadsides From Crushed Aggregate,8) Installation Of Vertical Markings,9) Accompanying Works3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Appendices To The Swz:1) Appendix No. 9 To The Swz - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), Provided That In A Situation Where The Provisions Of The Contract Specify The Method Of Carrying Out The Works Or Acceptance Or Settlement Of Works In A Manner Different From The Stwiorb, The Provisions Of The Contract Are Binding2) Appendix No. 10 To The Swz - Bid Cost Estimates, Bills Of Quantities (Auxiliary)3) Annex No. 11 To Swz - Design Documentation, Including Technical Documentation, Permanent Traffic Organization4. Warranty:1) The Length Of The Quality Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works And Delivered And Incorporated Materials Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers.2) The Ordering Party Specifies It For A Period Ranging From 36 Months (Minimum Period) To 60 Months (Maximum Period) From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol. 3) The Contractor Is Liable Under The Warranty For Physical Defects Under The Terms Specified In § 11 Of The Draft Agreement - Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
