The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular, The Following Scopes Of Works: • Reconstruction And Widening Of Specific Pedestrian Routes, • Construction Of A Fragment Of A New Pedestrian Route Along The Workshop Building, • Construction Of A Pedestrian Route Ending With A Square Constituting An Assembly Point For Evacuation, • Hardening And Designating A New Parking Space For The Disabled - Making Horizontal And Vertical Markings, • Designating A Temporary Place Parking - Installation Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings, • As Part Of The Reconstruction Of Pedestrian Routes, Making Textured Surface Markings Within The Entire Design, • Reconstruction Of Field Stairs, • Protection Of The Existing Gas Box - Installation Of Protective Barriers, • Installation Of Protective Corners On The Edges Of Poles, • Installation Of A Rubber-Brushed Ingress Doormat, • Painting Of The Existing Entrance Gate And The Existing Gate, • Replacement Of A Defective Post At The Gate Entrance,• Removal Of The Gate At The Field Stairs,• Removal Of Road Signs Located At The Entrance Gate,• Installation Of New Road Signs,• Installation Of An Electrical Lighting Installation On The Existing Ceiling Along The Pedestrian Path.1.2.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To:• Provide An As-Built Design Of The Electrical Installation Along With An Electric Shock Protection Test Report Prepared By A Person With Electrical Qualifications In This Field.1.2.2 Characteristics Of The Building - Existing Condition.Workshops The Technical School Complex In Mikołów Is Located In The Northern Part Of Plot No. 677/11, Characterized By A Flat Terrain. The Main Entrance And Entrance To The Complex Are Located On The West Side, At Pokoju Street. From The Gate To The Main Building There Is A Covered Pedestrian Route, Which Significantly Increases The Comfort Of Communication Maneuvering Area And A System Of Internal Roads With A Width Exceeding 4 M, Which Ensures Free Access For Vehicles And Transport Of Materials. Note: A) When Preparing The Offer, The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Fact That The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Premises Of An Active School Facility. Construction Works Should Be Planned And Carried Out In A Way That Does Not Interfere With The Conduct Of Classes, Examinations And Allows Safe Entry Of Students And Teachers To The Renovated Building. The Implementation Of The Works (Schedule) Should Be Presented And Agreed With The Orderin
