The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Works Related To The Dismantling Of The Existing Goods And Passenger Lift And The Delivery And Assembly Of A New Goods And Passenger Lift, As Well As The Performance Of Necessary Renovation And Construction Works In The Building Of The Social Welfare Home In Brańszczyk, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Stwiorb. The Contractor Is Obliged To Dismantle, Remove And Dispose Of The Dismantled Crane In Accordance With Applicable Law And To Provide The Ordering Party With A Document Confirming Its Scrapping Or Transfer To An Authorized Entity Dealing With Disposal.
