The Scope Of The Contract Includes: 1) Stage I - Development Of Design Documentation Prepared On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program And Arrangements With The Ordering Party, Along With Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions, Making Effective Notifications And Obtaining Administrative Certificates Required By Law Conditioning The Completion Of Construction Works And Handing Over The Facility For Use.2) Stage Ii - Construction Works Regarding The Construction Of The Sidewalk Based On The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By: 1) Designed Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu) - Annex No. 6 To The Swz;2) Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) - Annex To The Designed Provisions Agreement. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order Within 100 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Agreement.
