The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Replacing The Plain Tile Roof Covering On The Main Building Of The Construction And Electrical School Complex In Świdnica At Ul. Wałbrzyska 35-37 In Terms Of Roof Slopes In The Administrative Part, The Connector Between The Main Body Of The Building And The Administrative Part And The Part With The Gymnasium. Description Of Works: Works To Be Performed Under The Subject Of The Order Include, Among Others: 1) In The Administrative Part And On The Connector, In Particular, The Demolition Of The Existing Roof Covering And Roof Elements, Chimney Plaster Removal, Construction Of New Layers Of Roof Covering Along With The Necessary Finishing Elements And Roof Equipment, Including New Battens, Counter-Battens, Sheet Metal Flashings, Gutters, Downpipes, Roof Exits, Snow Fences, Steps Are Planned And Chimney Benches, As Well As Renovation Of The Oxeye, Renovation Of Dormers, Insulation Of Chimneys And Construction Of New Chimney Caps.2) In The Cloakroom Part Of The Gymnasium, Renovation Of The Roof Is Planned, Including Part Of The Roof Covered With Tiles And Part Of The Flat Roof Covered With Felt. As Regards The Tiled Roof Part, It Is Planned To Replace The Existing Roofing Along With Battens, Counter-Battens, Sheet Metal Flashings, Gutters And Downpipes. As Regards Part Of The Flat Roof, It Is Not Planned To Demolish The Existing Roofing Felt Due To Its Satisfactory Technical Condition, But It Is Planned To Install An Additional Layer Of Thermally Weldable Felt On The Existing Roofing In Order To Protect And Seal It. It Is Also Planned To Insulate And Raise The Chimneys Above The Flat Roof To An Appropriate Height, Together With The Installation Of New Chimney Caps Made Of Granite.3) It Is Also Planned To Replace The Existing Lightning Protection Installation On All Roofs Covered By The Task, Together With Post-Construction Measurements, As Well As The Removal And Disposal Of Debris/Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Works.
