To The Extent Consistent With The Developed Construction And Technical Designs, The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Of A Brine Graduation Tower 2) Construction Of A Rope Park 3) Construction Of A Cable Car 4) Construction Of Retaining Walls 5) Gravel Paths 6) Bridge 7) Planting Of Greenery: Planting Of Greenery And Their Ongoing Care During The Duration Of The Contract (From The Moment Of Planting), Including: Replacement Of Dead Plants,8) Small Architecture9) Internal And External Water Supply Installations10) Internal Power Supply Line11) Area Lighting12) Video Monitoring13) Renovation Of The Farm Building Constituting The Technical Base For The Brine Graduation Tower And Rope Park Under Construction, Which Includes Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Replacement Of Thermal Insulation Of The Front Wall, Replacement Of Roofing, Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings, Installation Of Gutters, Renovation Works Internal.4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bills Of Quantities. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation And Stwiorb. 4.4.
