1. The Project Includes The Reconstruction Of The Road On A Section Of 1,229 M. The Changes Planned As Part Of The Works Consist In The Construction Of A New Road Surface Made Of A Mineral-Asphalt Mixture With A Basic Width Of 3.5 M And A Base Course As Well As Dirt Roadsides With A Width Of 0.5 M.2. All Works Are Carried Out On Plot 3810, Koprzywnica District.3. All Reconstruction Works Were Designed Within The Existing Road. All Road Elements Are Located In The Existing Road. 4. The Order Is Co-Financed By The Świętokrzyskie Voivode, In The Form Of A Subsidy From The Special Purpose Reserve Of The State Budget For Co-Financing The Task Related To Removing The Effects Of Natural Disasters In 2025. 5. The Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts Results From The Fact That The Subject Of The Order Is One Functional And Organizational Investment Task Regarding The Reconstruction Of One Road. The Division Of The Design Documentation Into Three Parts Was Made Solely For Formal And Administrative Reasons Related To Avoiding The Need To Obtain An Environmental Decision And Does Not Indicate The Technical Independence Of The Works. Additionally, The Investment Is Covered By One Co-Financing Agreement Concluded With The Voivode, Covering The Entire Task. Execution Of The Order By One Contractor Will Ensure Proper Coordination Of Works, Uniform Performance Standards And Correct Investment Settlement.6.
