Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Pitch Complex With Sanitary And Changing Room Facilities In Kazimierz Dolny In The Design And Build Form

4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And, Based On It, The Performance Of Construction Works. The Investment Will Be Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula In Accordance With The Developed Functional And Utility Program Constituting An Annex To The Swz. 4.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Along With Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Other Documents Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection To The Commencement Of The Intention To Build, 2) Submitting To The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Authority A Complete Application For A Building Permit Or Construction Notification, In Accordance With The Construction Law, Together With All The Required Requirements. Annexes, 3) Obtaining A Valid Building Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection To The Commencement Of The Intention To Build. 4) The Scope Of Construction Works Includes In Particular: - Fenced Football Pitch With Accessories And Stands, Synthetic Grass Pitch Surface, - Fenced Multi-Purpose Pitch With Accessories, Polyurethane Pitch Surface, - Sanitary And Utility Facilities With The Necessary Infrastructure, Fencing, Hardening, - Area Lighting (Fields, Facilities) Along With Monitoring, Sound System For Sports Fields, Playground, Small Architecture, Parking Lots,  Exit From The District Road,  Construction Of Lawns And Plantings,  Construction Of A Hardened Square For Outdoor Events,  Construction Of Sidewalks With Off-Road Stairs,  Removal Of Collisions Between Elements Of The Existing Technical Infrastructure And Networks,  Demolition Works, 5) Obtaining A Decision On Occupancy Permit Or Confirmation Of The Lack Of Objections To Reporting The Completion Of Construction. The Scope Of Work And The Contractors Responsibility Covered By The Offer Price Also Includes: - Organization And Development Of The Construction Site; - Marking And Securing The Works Performed And Ensuring Safety At The Construction Site; - Developing And Obtaining Approval From The Competent Authorities Of The Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of Construction Works - If Necessary; - Organizing And Carrying Out The Necessary Tests, Examinations And Acceptances And Possibly Supplementing The Acceptance Documentation For The Scope Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order; - Provision Of Geodetic Services By Authorized Geodetic Services, Including Marking Out In The Field And Carrying Out An As-Built Geodetic Inventory; - Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works.
