The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Temporary Protection Of The Crown Of The Walls And The Facade Of The Neck Barracks Of The 9Th Fort, Including Casemates No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21 And 22, In Accordance With: • The Decision Of The Mazowieckie Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments Of August 4, 2025 (Conservation Permit), • Description Of The Security Works For The Neck Barracks, Prepared By By Eng. Paweł Czarniak (Annex To The Decision), • Methodology Of Implementing Temporary Protection In The Form Of Mesh From The Document Method Of Implementing Temporary Protection Sadyba. The Protection Is Temporary, Non-Invasive, Providing Protection Against Fragments Of Bricks, Ring Beams And Earth Overhangs Detaching, As Well As Against Falling Wall Elements.
