1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Work Related To Measurements, Repairs And Ensuring Full Technical Efficiency Of The Grounding Installation Of Telecommunications Cabinets Used By The Lublin Regional Broadband Network Lrss.2. As Part Of The Service Provided, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Inspect, Check And Measure The Earthing Installation In Order To Ensure Effective Protection Against Electric Shock, Overvoltage And To Ensure The Continuity And Safety Of Operation Of Telecommunications Devices In Accordance With Art. 62 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524) And The Pn-Hd 60364-6 Standard Regarding Acceptance And Periodic Inspection Of Low-Voltage Electrical Installations; B) Repairs Or Extensions While Ensuring Compliance With Applicable Regulations Of The Grounding Installation Of Lrss Telecommunications Cabinets In The Amount Of 147 Pieces. C) Preparing And Submitting Reports On Measurements And Tests Of Earthing Resistance And Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Tested Earthing, Separately For Each Facility Listed In Annex 1.3. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Order Are Included In The Important Provisions Of The Agreement, Which Constitute Appendix No. 3 To The Swz, And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Appendix No. 1 To The Swz.
