Part I Of The Order: Comprehensive Organization And Implementation Of A Conference Disseminating Social Services Centers (Cus): The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization And Implementation Of A One-Day (1) Conference In The Field Of Social Policy As Part Of The Project Entitled: Coordination Of Activities In The Field Of Social Policy - Rops Wsl, Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Funds For Social Development 2021-2027 (Fers) Program In A Stationary Form. The Main Goal Of The Conference Is To Disseminate And Promote Social Service Centers (Hereinafter: Cus), Increase Awareness Of Social Services Offered Within Cus, Present Good Practices, The State Of Dissemination Of Cus In The Country And Voivodeship, Present The Concept Of Cus Implementation Using New Social Services And The Possibility Of Obtaining Funds For The Implementation Of Services By Cus From Various Sources. The Scope Of The Service Includes: 1. Visual And Stage Setting Of The Conference And The Provision Of An Announcer And Speakers.2. Design And Production Of Information And Promotional Materials For The Conference, Invitations, (Conference Packages).3. Providing Photographic Support For The Conference.4. Provision Of Catering Service.5. Providing Staff To Support And Coordinate The Conference. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz.
