The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Expansion/Reconstruction Of The Intersection Of National Road No. 49 With The District Road No. 1646K Skrzypne - Szaflary - Ostrowsko In The Town Of Gronków, Along With Obtaining Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned. Investments, Performing Authors Supervision.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions, Including A Final Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid), For The Benefit Of The General Director For National And Motorways (Gddkia) As The Investor, In Accordance With The Agreement No. V/67/Zz/Z-2/2025 Of May 26, 2025 (Hereinafter Referred To As The Agreement) 3. Design Task Entitled Preparation Of Documentation For The Expansion/Reconstruction Of The Intersection Of National Road No. 49 With District Road No. 1646K In The Town Of Gronków, Nowy Targ Commune Includes In Particular: 1) A Multi-Variant Technical Concept Agreed With Gddkia, 2) A Complete Application For A Permit To Implement A Road Investment Or A Construction Permit Agreed By Gddkia (Design Documentation And All Documents Required By Law, In Particular Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Decisions, Including Construction Design, Permit Water Law, Design Of Permanent And/Or Variable Traffic Organization, Decision On Environmental Conditions Along With The Price For Preparing An Environmental Impact Report), 3) Obtaining A Valid Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment / Construction Permit, 4) Technical/Executive Design, 5) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 6) Bill Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates, 7) Stabilization Of The Boundary Points Of The Road And Documentation Surveying And Legal (E.G. Documentation Under The Act Of October 13, 1998, Provisions Introducing Acts Reforming Public Administration).4. As Part Of The Remuneration For The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Transfer To The Ordering Party The Copyrights To All Works Within The Meaning Of The Act Of February 4, 1994 On Copyright And Related Rights, Created During The Execution Of The Order, In Particular Such As: Maps, Charts, Drawings, Plans, Reports, Statistical Data, Expert Opinions, Calculations And Other Documents, And Will Allow The Ordering Party To Exercise Dependent Rights. Detailed Provisions Regarding The Transfer Of The Rights Indicated In The Previous Sentence Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
