The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of A Retention Reservoir (Reservoirs) With A Dry Polder In The Area Of Ekonomiczna, Turyńska, Chemików And Hodowlana Streets In Bieruń On Plots No. 107/70, 108/70, 111/43, 112/43, 331/41, 340/1, 341/2, 368/5, 855/5, 369/5, 370/5, 371/5, 774/41, 775/41, 853/41, With Or Without An Intermediate Reservoir On Plots No. 810/5, 812/5 And 338/5, Which Will Be Aimed At Flood Protection Of Part Of The City Of Bieruń (Indicated In The Map Attachment) And Increasing The Retention Of Rainwater And Groundwater In The Area Transformed As A Result Of Mining Activities And At Risk Of Further Subsidence Of The Area (Taking Into Account The Current Topography And Development Of The Area Within The Catchment Area Of The Ściernie Stream And Potok Stawowy). When Executing The Order, The Current And Planned Development Of The Area And Its Intended Use Specified In The Local Development Plan Should Be Taken Into Account.
