Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A School Bus To Transport Students To Schools Run By The Łyse Commune In 2026

5.1. Code According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv):34121000-1 - Buses And Coaches34121100-2 - Public Transport Buses5.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A School Bus For The Transport Of Students From The Łyse Commune To Educational Institutions. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of A Brand New School Bus Adapted To Transport People With Disabilities, Meeting The Emission Standard Of At Least Euro 6, With The Number Of Seats: - Minimum 35 Seats, Including The Driver; - Or Alternatively 30 Seats + 1 Person In A Wheelchair + Driver. When Transporting Two People In Wheelchairs, The Number Of Seats May Be Reduced, But Not By More Than 8 Places. The Bus Will Be Equipped With A Lift With A Wheelchair Kit, Thanks To Which It Will Be Possible To Transport A Person In A Wheelchair Without Any Problems. The Bus Will Have Separate Air Conditioning For The Drivers Compartment And The Passenger Compartment. All Passenger Seats Are Equipped With Seat Belts. Single Front Door Automatically Opened By The Driver With A Lowered, Illuminated Entry Step. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 9 To This Swz.5.3. The School Bus Must Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By The Legal Provisions In Force In The Republic Of Poland For Vehicles Intended For The Transport Of Persons And Traveling On Public Roads, In Particular It Should Meet The Technical Conditions Arising From Art. 2 Point 41A, And Art. 57 Section 1 Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended) As Amended) And Other Implementing Acts, And Must Also Have A Valid Vehicle Type Approval Certificate Issued In Accordance With The Act Of April 14, 2023 On Vehicle Type Approval Systems And Their Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 919) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 2, 2023 On Vehicle Type Approval (Journal Of Laws Of 2023 Item 1651).5.4. The School Bus Must Have All Vehicle Approval Certificates Required By Law, Authorizing The Vehicle As A School Bus To Transport Children (Including Wheelchair Users) In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. Instead Of Providing The Bus Approval Certificate, The Ordering Party Allows The Delivery Of An Equivalent Document, Provided That This Document Will Replace The Approval Certificate And Confirm The Fulfillment Of The Relevant Requirements And Technical Conditions For The Offered Vehicle.5.5. The Delivered Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Of The Legal Provisions In Force In The Republic Of Poland Regarding Approval.5.6. Along With The Delivery Of The Bus, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With The Necessary Documents Admitting The Vehicle To Road Traff
