This Procedure Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled: Starting The Mazovian Medical Care Home In The Praga-Północ District In Warsaw Co-Financed By The European Social Fund + Under Priority Viii European Funds For Active Integration And Development Of Social And Health Services In Mazovia, Measure 8.5 Social And Health Services Of The European Funds For Mazovia Fem Program 2021-2027.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Catering For The Residents Of The Masovian Medical Care Home In Warsaw Praga-Północ (Abbreviated As Mdom) Run By The Independent Complex Of Public Open Medical Centers Warszawa Praga-Północ, Located In The Family Clinic In Warsaw At Ul. Otwocka 1. 3. The Service Includes Daily Preparation On Working Days (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays) Of Meals Consisting Of Two Parts: Breakfast, Lunch (Soup, Main Course) And Drinks For A Minimum Of 16 People Aged 60+ (A Maximum Of 20, As Stipulated In The Project Regulations). To Calculate The Value Of The Order And For The Contractor To Submit An Offer, The Ordering Party Accepted The Minimum Number Of Participants, I.E.: 16 People.4. Meals Should Be Delivered And Brought Into The Building By The Contractor.5. The Ordering Party Expects To Prepare Approximately 16 Meals A Day. The Ordering Party Informs That Due To The Subject Of The Order, It Is Not Possible To Predict The Exact Daily Number Of Meals, Therefore The Number Of Approximately 16 Is An Estimate. The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Number Of Dinners Will Change Depending On The Needs, Which The Ordering Party Cannot Predict At The Time Of Ordering. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Notify The Contractor Daily By 3 P.M. About The Number Of Meals To Be Delivered The Next Day. The Ordering Party Informs That It Is Possible To Increase Or Decrease The Number Of Meals By 20%.6. The Total Number Of Meals During The Contract Period Is Estimated At 10,320 Meals.7. Preparation And Delivery Of Meals Will Take Place In The Contractors Collection Vessels (Certified In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Allowing For The Transport And Storage Of Food) And By The Contractors Transport.8. The Ordering Party Provides Tableware For Meals, I.E. Plates, Cutlery, Glasses, Etc.9. Preparation Of Meals And Transport Will Take Place Under The Conditions Provided For In The Relevant Regulations, Including Those Contained In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations Issued On The Basis Of This Act.10.
