The Subject Of The Agreement Is The Provision Of Technical Support Services For Network Switches Owned By The Ordering Party And Related Software, Specified In Annex No. 1A To The Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As The Equipment). This Service Will Be Provided On The Terms Specified By The Equipment Manufacturer To The Extent Specified In This Agreement, In Order To Ensure The Correct And Uninterrupted (Stable) Operation Of The Equipment (Hereinafter Referred To As The Technical Support Service), However: 1) For The Equipment Referred To In Annex No. 1A Point 2, The Technical Support Service Will Be Provided For A Period Of 36 Months, Counted From August 21, 2026 R.;2) For The Equipment Referred To In Annex No. 1A, Point 1, The Technical Support Service Will Be Provided From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, But Not Earlier Than From May 21, 2026, Until The Date Of Completion Of The Provision Of The Service Referred To In Point 1 Above.
