Szkolna) At Km 1 + 550 - 2 + 490, Length Approx. 940 M, Consisting Of, Among Others, Reconstruction Of: The Roadside Into A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path, Surface, Drainage And Existing Exits, And Reconstruction Of The Inlet Of The Intersection Of The District Road With The Commune Road (Intersection Of Ul. Szkolna With Ul. Słoneczna). The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of A Site Map - Height. For Design Purposes;2) Preparation Of A Construction Design: Plot Or Area Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design In Four Copies In Paper And Electronic Versions;3) Preparation Of An Executive Design In Four Copies In Paper And Electronic Versions;4) Obtaining A Decision On The Environmental Conditions Of The Consent To Implement The Project, If Required;5) Preparation Of A Water Law Study Together With Arrangements And A Water Law Permit, In Two Copies In Paper And Electronic Versions, If Necessary Necessity Of Development;6) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimate And Offer Cost Estimate - Paper And Electronic Version;7) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works In Two Copies + Electronic Version;8) Identification Of The Location Of External Devices Interfering With The Implementation Of The Task In Question And Possible Development Of Designs For Their Spacers, If The Obtained Conditions Result In The Need For Their Reconstruction And Including These Works In The Project Implementation Costs;9) Preparation Of All Necessary Studies And Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions;10) Inventory Of Greenery (Trees, Bushes) Colliding With The Planned Investment And Obtaining Appropriate Felling Permits;11) Obtaining Acceptance Of The Notification Of Work Completion Or A Valid Building Permit, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations;12) Preparation Of A Design For Permanent And Temporary Traffic Organization - 3 Copies + Electronic Version;13) Authors Supervision Report During The Implementation Of The Works Based On The Prepared Documentation, In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In Art. 20 Section 1 Point 3, 3A And 4 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, As Amended).
