The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 5 Pieces Of Vertical Lifts Enabling Full Access For People In Wheelchairs To Lecture Halls, Hereinafter Referred To As Assemblies, Of The Faculty Of Social Sciences, The Faculty Of Law And Administration, The Faculty Of Philology And The Faculty Of History Of The University Of Gdańsk, Hereinafter Referred To As Vertical Lifts.2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Classification Code: 33196200-2 (Equipment For Disabled People), 42417000-2 (Lifts And Conveyors).3. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery, Assembly, Installation And Commissioning Of Vertical Lifts, 2) Training Of Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party (Maximum 6 People) In The Use Of Vertical Lifts, 3) Provision Of Service And Maintenance Services For Vertical Lifts Along With Consumables, The Servicing And Maintenance Of Which Are Required By Regulations And Manufacturers Recommendations In Order To Maintain Continuous Efficiency And Maintain Warranty Conditions - During The Warranty Period.4. The Concept Of Equivalence Should Be Understood As Meaning That Equivalent Solutions Will Guarantee The Implementation Of The Contract In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Will Ensure That The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Tor Are Met To An Equivalent Extent.
