1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A School Bus To Transport Students To Schools Run By The Głowaczów Commune. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Technical Specification For A School Bus. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For The Execution Of The Entire Order. 2 The Vehicle And Chassis Are Brand New.3 The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, Together With The Vehicle, A Set Of Documentation, Instructions, Etc. For Equipment And Accessories In Polish, As Well As Documentation Necessary For Registration Of The Vehicle, Including: An Extract From The Approval Certificate And Technical Tests. 4 If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes An Indication Of Trademarks Or Origin, The Ordering Party Informs That This Provision Is Only A Definition Of Minimum Parameters And Constitutes An Indication For The Contractor What Features The Materials Or Devices Used To Implement The Subject Of The Order Should Have. The Ordering Party Allows The Order To Be Completed By Using Equivalent Materials Or Devices. The Contractor Who Offers Equivalent Materials Or Devices Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Offer That They Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.5 The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Order Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows For Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.
