The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation (Concept And Script), Production And Editing Of Films Regarding Good Practices Of Schools In Supporting Students In Entering The Labor Market (Recordings In Indicated Schools, Interviews With People From Schools), Each Film Should Use Places Of Good Practices Indicated By The Ordering Party. Individual Films Will Cover The Following Issues:1. Individual Counseling2. Pedagogical Innovations 3. Educational Projects4. Activities With Parents5. Activities With Employers6. Experiences Of Special/Work-Training Schools. Preliminary Implementation Schedule (Successive Production Of Films Is Allowed - If The Parties Agree On It). The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Information Regarding Specific Schools Where Films Will Be Recorded By The End Of July 2026, Together With A Description Of Each Film. The Contractor Will Present A Script For Each Film By The End Of August 2026. The Films Should Be Recorded No Later Than October 15, 2026. The Entire Order Will Be Completed By The End Of October 2026. All Materials Must Contain The Appropriate Logos Provided By The Ordering Party. The Material Cannot Be Entirely Created By Artificial Intelligence Tools. If The Contractor Wants To Use Elements Developed By Ai, This Must Be Agreed Each Time With The Ordering Party. Any Ai-Generated Content Should Be Appropriately Marked, With A Description Of The Scope Of Content Coming From Ai-Based Tools. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Any Copyright Or Intellectual Property Infringements That May Result From The Use Of Ai Tools. Film Materials 1 - 6 Should Be Understood As A Film Of Approximately 18 Minutes. The Total Time Of Work On Films 1 To 6 Is Estimated At 15 Shooting Days. They Will Be Shot In About 15 Schools In Various Parts Of Poland. The Films Will Be Prepared Based On The Concept And Script Agreed With The Ordering Party. Videos Should Show Characters In A School Environment Or In The Workforce. Details Regarding The Content Of The Films Expected By The Ordering Party Can Be Found In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 7 To The Swz). The Films Will Be Prepared Based On The Concept And Script Agreed With The Ordering Party. Videos Should Show Characters In A School Environment Or In The Workforce.
