1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Demolition Of Buildings Serving As Storage Units, Located At Ul. Waryńskiego 50 On Plot No. 2563 (Precinct 2) In Żyrardów.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.3. The Design Documentation Should Be Complete Material On The Basis Of Which The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Conduct A Tender Procedure For The Execution Of A Given Investment Task. In The Design Documentation, The Contractor Will Describe The Technology Of Works As Well As Materials, Devices And Other Products In A Way That Ensures Fair Competition And Equal Treatment Of Participants In The Procedure For The Performance Of Works In Accordance With The Documentation In Question.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Complete Demolition Design Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law, Implementing Regulations, Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, And With The Contractors Due Diligence.
