1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Asphalt Emulsion, Transported By The Contractor, Together With Pumping From The Means Of Transport To Tanks Located In The Places Indicated In Point 5.2. The Asphalt Emulsion Constituting The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Following Requirements: Cationic Asphalt Emulsion, Quick-Disintegrating, Unmodified, Binder Content Not Less Than 63%, Produced From Road Asphalt, Meeting The Conditions Technical Requirements Resulting From The Technical Standard Pn-En 13808:2013-10. Product Code: C65b3 Pu/Rc.3.The Ordering Party Requires The Subject Of The Order With The Following Properties:1)Binder Content: 63%-67%2)Viscosity - Flow Time Ø 2 Mm At 40ºc: 40-130S3)Disintegration Character: 70-155 G/100G.4.Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Material Quality Requirements Of The Delivered Product The Contractor Will Provide The Asphalt Emulsion With Each Delivery. 5. Place Of Delivery Of The Asphalt Emulsion: 1) Road Circuit No. 1 In Zawiercie, Ul. Obrońców Poczty Gdańskiej (No Number), 42-400 Zawiercie2) Road Circuit No. 2 In Pilica, Ul. Żarnowiecka 85, 42-436 Pilica3) Road Circuit No. 3 In Szczekociny, Ul. Włoszczowska 6, 42-445 Szczekociny.6.The Scope Of The Basic Order Is 100 Tons. 7. The Contractor Will Deliver The Asphalt Emulsion In Road Tankers Adapted For This Purpose, Equipped With Thermal Insulation, Drain Valves And Protected Against Water Access. 8. Orders Will Be Fulfilled In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party To The Places Indicated In Point 5, Provided That The First Delivery Will Amount To 20 Tons To Each Of The Three Road Circuits. Subsequent Orders Will Include Single Deliveries Of No Less Than 5 Tons And No More Than 20 Tons.9. A One-Time Delivery Should Be Understood As A Delivery To One, Two Or Three Road Circuits. 10. Orders Will Be In Writing And Will Be Placed Via E-Mail. The Proof Of Placing An Order Will Be Confirmation Of The Effective Sending Of An E-Mail By The Ordering Party. 11. The Contractor Will Make A One-Off Delivery Within 5 Days From The Date Of Placing The Order By The Ordering Party. If The Delivery Date Falls On A Public Holiday, The Delivery Will Take Place On The First Business Day After The Non-Working Day. 12. Deliveries Will Be Accepted On Business Days During The Working Hours Of The Road Districts, I.E. 7:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.
