1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Sanitation Services For Facilities And Installations At The Barycz Ecological Center At 40 Krzemieniecka Street In Krakow. The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Pumping Out Sewage From Sewage Wells, Ditches, Ponds, Sewage Collection Tanks At Social Facilities And Other Tanks, Together With Their Transport And Discharge To The Municipal Sanitary Sewage Sump Located On The Premises Of The Barycz Ecological Center, - Pumping Out, Transport And Discharge Of Sewage To The Nearest Urban Catchment Area In The Case Of Sanitary (Domestic) Sewage. The Ordering Party Indicates The Place Where The Sewage Is Introduced Into The Sewage System. Fees For Introducing Sewage Into The Urban Catchment Area Are Borne By The Ordering Party. Subcontracting:A) The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor(S). B) The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks. C) The Ordering Party Requires That In The Event Of Entrusting Part Of The Order To Subcontractors, The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide (If Known To Him At This Stage) The Names (Companies) Of These Subcontractors.4.
