Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Activities As Part Of The Ongoing Cleaning And Operational Inspections Of Purification Devices Along With Their Repairs In The City Of Gliwice In The Years 2026-2027: A) Carrying Out Four Semi-Annual Operational Inspections Of Purification Devices (Separators Of Petroleum Substances With Their Settling Tanks) Included In Annex No. 10 To The Swz - List Of Separators, Twice A Year, I.E. In Total Four Inspections During The Contract Period Until October 29, 2027, B) Cleaning Of The Installation Of Purification Devices (Separators Of Petroleum Substances Together With Their Settling Tanks) In The City Of Gliwice, Included In Annex No. 10 To Swz - List Of Separators (Sheet Separators For Cleaning), C) Rainwater And Meltwater Sampling Service After Cleaning The Installation Of Purification Devices, Including Their Collection And Badanie W Akredytowanym Laboratorium W Zakresie Zawiesiny Ogólnej I Węglowodorów Ropopochodnych. For Samples Taken Before And After The Purification Device - 2 Samples For Each Purification Installation, D) Carrying Out Repairs On Purification Device Installations In Accordance With Annex No. 10 To The Swz - List Of Separators (Sheet Separators For Repair. The List Includes Repairs Necessary To Be Performed In 2026. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, Annex No. 10 To The Swz And The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Warranty For The Repairs Of Separators Covered By The Contract Is Provided To The Ordering Party For The Period Of: 12 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Repair Of A Given Separator. The Terms Of The Warranty Are Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Contract Template Performed Works Will Be Considered A Seller Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Civil Code On Sales Warranty. Due To The Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Does Not Formulate The Requirements Specified In Article 95 Of The Public Procurement Law.
