1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Various Types Of Construction Materials. 2. The Order Was Divided Into 20 Parts: Part 1 - Brushes And Tapes - Jw. 1158 Łask; 3 Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For: • Parts 1-15 - Included In Annex 6A Opz. The Delivered Goods Must Meet The Minimum Quality Requirements Contained In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). The Quality Requirements Referred To In Art. 246 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law Were Specified In The Opz For Individual Tasks, Where The Technical And Quality Parameters Of Each Product Were Given. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Materials. Pursuant To Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Rests With The Contractor. Submitting An Offer Without Providing The Data Referred To In Points 12 And 13 Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer. If A Brand, Manufacturer Or Own Name Is Indicated In The Order Documents, It Should Be Treated As An Example Product. The Contractor May Offer A Product Equivalent To The One Indicated By The Ordering Party. Equivalent Products Must Have Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex To The Swz. The Use Of A Replacement Consumable Material May Not Limit The Warranty Conditions Of The Manufacturer Of The Device For Which The Products Will Be Used. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Goods Be Marked In A Way That Allows Identification Of The Manufacturers Markings. Unit Packaging Should Include The Manufacturers Name And/Or Logo, Content Description, Catalog Number, Type/Symbol, Expiration Date, Security Measures Used By Manufacturers, Etc. Goods That Cannot Be Identified Will Not Be Accepted. The Products Included In The Order Should Be Delivered In The Manufacturers Original Individual Packaging (E.G. Cans, Tubes, Bottles, Etc.). The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Separation/Pouring Of Products Into Replacement Containers. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With High Quality Materials In Accordance With The Parameters Specified By The Manufacturer. The Material Delivered By The Contractor Must Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Originating From Official Distribution Channels Covering The European Union Market. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of New General Construction Products In The Quantities, Sizes And Types Specified In The Price Forms. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Goods Of Full Value, Stored In Appropriate Conditions And Preserved In A Method That Ensures The Preservation Of Their Properties And Technical And Operational Parameters During Storage And Transport. The Manufacturers Warranty Will Apply To Building Materials. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Warranty Documents For The Delivered Goods, If Provided By The Manufacturer.
