The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor In The Scope Of Providing Services In The Field Of Physical Protection In Order To Ensure The Safety Of Life, Health And Personal Integrity Of Persons And The Protection Of Property On The Premises Of The Student Dormitory Complex [Zds] And The Teaching And Sports Facility [Ods], The Teaching Facility Of The Faculty Of Pharmacy, The Buildings Of The Medical Campus (Including The Newly Constructed Facility) And The Center For Innovative Medical Education [Ciem].1.1 Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Physical Security Services To Ensure The Safety Of Life, Health And Personal Integrity Of Persons And The Protection Of Property On The Premises Of The Student Dormitories Complex [Zds] In Prokocim, Which Includes The Following Buildings: A - Ul. Badurskiego 17, B - Ul. Badurskiego 15, Ods - Ul. Badurskiego 19. The Service Is Also To Cover The Protection Of People In The Areas Listed Below: A) Communication Routes From The Gate Of The Mozaika Shopping Center (Ul. Wielicka 259) To The Student Dormitories Complex, B) Communication Routes From The Gate Of The Mozaika Shopping Center To The Center For Innovative Medical Education - Ul. Medyczna 7 To Ul. Kostaneckiego, Along The Newly Constructed Teaching And Research Building (Building B Of The Medical Campus) And The Research And Teaching Building (Building A Of The Medical Campus), C) Communication Routes From The Gate Of The Mozaika Shopping Center To The Main Entrance Of The Teaching Facility Of The Faculty Of Pharmacy - Ul. Medyczna 9, Along The Research And Teaching Building Of The Medical Campus (Building A) At Ul. Medyczna 7A, As Indicated On The Area Map Presented In Annex No. 1A To The Swz, With The Reservation That The Ordering Party May Update The Area Map During The Execution Of The Contract, E.G. In The Event Of Changes In Traffic Organization In The Area Covered By The Order. 1.2 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It.1.3 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Swz.2.
