Description Of The Subject Of The Order For The Task Of Installation Of A Video Monitoring System (Cctv) As Part Of The Task: Development Of The Area By The Reservoir In Milicz, Including Green And Blue Infrastructure, Plot Marked With Registration Number 21/2 Am 8, Milicz District, Milicz - City Registration Unit, Consisting In The Performance Of Works Related To The Delivery And Installation Of Monitoring. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Described In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Opz With A Drawing Part). The Documentation Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Contains A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constitutes An Integral Part Of This Swz And Must Be Read Carefully.2) The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Swz For This Order.3) The Basis For Payment Of The Remuneration Will Be An Invoice Issued By The Contractor After The Final Acceptance Of The Works, Payable By Transfer To The Contractors Account Within 21 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Invoice, And The Date Of Payment Will Be Considered Date Of Debiting The Ordering Partys Account.4) The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Granting An Advance Payment For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.5) The Ordering Party Will Establish Investor Supervision For The Investment In Question.6) The Contractor Will Issue Invoices In Accordance With The Data: Purchaser: Milicki County, Ul. Arrangements And Decisions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Will Be Agreed By The Ordering Party With The Contractors Appointed Representative.3) The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order.4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Essential Contractual Provisions Contained In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz For This Order. 5) If In The Swz Or Its Annexes, In Relation To Specific Materials, Items Or Devices, In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Manufacturers Name, Trademark Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated, The Ordering Party Informs That Such Indication Should Be Treated As Quality Preferences And Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials, Items Or Devices With Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated.
