1. The Ordering Party Informs That It Has A Netstork Passporting System With A Purchased Perpetual License.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Support, Updating And Implementation Of Additional Functionalities In The Netstork Inventory System Or The Supply Of Software Equivalent To The Implementation Of Functionalities And Technical Support.3. Provision Of Technical Support Services And Netstork Software Updates For A Period Of 24 Months From The First Day Of The Month.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Provision Of Technical Support And Software Update Services For Netstork For A Period Of 24 Months From The First Day Of The Month Following The Month In Which The Contract For The Provision Of Technical Support And Software Updates For Netstork Was Concluded Or The Provision Of Technical Support And Software Updates Based On An Equivalent Solution, Provided That Support Parameters Are Ensured, Not Worse Than Those For Netstork Software, In Particular In Terms Of Availability, Response Times And Failure Removal Times, Without Deterioration Of The Quality Of The Services Provided.2) Delivery And Implementation Of The Smooth Map Rotation Function In The Netstork Inventory System In The Dekstop Version Or An Equivalent Solution Within 50 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.3) Delivery And Implementation Of The Real Estate Module In The Netstork Inventory System Or An Equivalent Solution, In Accordance With The Extension Specification Provided By The Ordering Party Within 50 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.5. For The Provision Of Technical Support And Software Updates For Netstork For A Period Of 24 Months Or For The Provision Of Technical Support And Software Updates Based On An Equivalent Solution, The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration Broken Down By Year.6. The Technical Support And Update Service For Netstork Software Or An Equivalent Solution Will Be Billed On A Six-Month Basis.7. The Amount Of Remuneration Due For Each Period Will Be Determined In Proportion To The Number Of Settlement Periods Provided For In The Contract, I.E. For Each Half-Year Period.8. The Calculation Of Six-Month Fees For The Provision Of Technical Support Services Will Start From The First Day Of The Month Following The Month In Which The Contract Is Concluded.9. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Method Of Execution Of The Order And The Warranty Conditions Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Important Provisions Of The Contract.
