1. The Subject Of The Project Is The Protection Of Facilities In The Town Of Zielona Góra-Ochla, Ochla-Muzealna 5, Plots 120/3, 120/2, 132/5, 39, 40 (Total 13 Ha).2. Conducting The Service Involves The Contractor Carefully Performing The Obligations Arising From This Contract In Order To Ensure The Protection Of Persons And Entrusted Property Located On Plots 120/3, 120/2, 132/5, 39, 40, Including, Among Others: Objects And Land, Against Destruction And Annexation. The Contractor Also Undertakes To Secure The Operation Of The Area Entrusted To Him To Protect Against The Actions Of People Who Intend To Violate The Order Regulations Applicable In Their Area. The Detailed Material Scope Of The Services That Are The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Direct Physical Protection Of People, Property (Including Facilities And Land) Of The Ethnographic Museum In Zielona Góra-Ochla, Ul. Ochla – Muzealna 5, In Accordance With Art. 3 Point 1 A) And B) Of The Act On The Protection Of Persons And Property Of August 22, 1997. 2) Operation Of The External Camera Monitoring System (Including For The Additional Location: Barokowy Dwór In Ochla, Ochla - Górna 4, 66-006 Zielona Góra, After Obtaining Technical Capabilities In The Subject Matter). 3) Operation Of The Fire Alarm System Control Panel Installed In The Building Monitored By The Alarm And Reception Center Municipal Headquarters Of The State Fire Service, 4) Monitoring The Signals Of The Existing Electronic Intruder Alarm System By The External Monitoring Station Of The Contractors Alarm Systems And Reacting To These Signals. The Contractor May Employ Persons With A Disability Certificate Who Meet The Requirements Specified In The Swz. The Ordering Party Has Not Set A Condition For The Employment Of Qualified Security Personnel. The Intervention Group Must Have The Appropriate Attributes Indicated In The Swz. A Detailed Description And Method Of Order Execution Is Included In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
