The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Multi-Disciplinary Design Documentation For Conservation, Restoration And Construction Works In The Interior Of A Historic Building - The Schlösser Palace In Ozorków (Ul. Listopadowa 6B), Currently Serving As A Youth Cultural Center. The Former Schlösser Palace Located At Ul. Listopadowa 6B In Ozorków Was Entered Into The Register Of Immovable Monuments Of The Łódź Voivodeship Under The Number A/500/166 By Decision Of August 4, 1967. Construction Documentation (Construction And Technical Design) Along With Cost Estimates, Also Called Technical Documentation Or Design Documentation, Must Be Prepared And The Required Decisions Should Be Obtained On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, I.E. A Building Permit (If Required) Or Reporting Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, And Other Necessary Decisions In The Course Of Implementation. Technical Designs Should Be Prepared Taking Into Account The Requirements Contained In The Guidelines Of The Łódź Provincial Conservator Of Monuments Wuoz-Znz.5183.86.2026.Tk Of March 12, 2026. All Implemented Solutions Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. At The Design Stage, The Contractor Must First Prepare A Preliminary Design Concept, Which Is Subject To The Employers Approval. Based On The Approved Concept, The Contractor May Start Further Design Work. The Acceptance Of The Concept By The Ordering Party Does Not In Any Way Release Or Limit The Contractor From Implementing The Full Scope Of The Subject Of The Order.
