Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of A Construction Company For The Renovation Of Municipal And Local Dirt Roads In The Bargłów Kościelny Commune In 2026

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Construction Company For The Renovation Of Municipal And Local Dirt Roads In The Bargłów Kościelny Commune Within 2026. Total Expected Quantity Covered By The Order: 8,000 M3. Deliveries Will Be Carried Out Successively By The Contractors Transport On Dates And In Quantities Corresponding To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And To The Place Indicated By Him In The Bargłów Kościelny Commune.2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Supplied Material Be Made Of Natural Aggregate With An Admixture Of Crushed Aggregate (30%) With A Continuous Grain Size Of 0-31.5 Mm. The Aggregate Should Be Homogeneous Without Foreign Impurities And Without Clay Admixtures. The Ordering Party Requires That The Supplied Mix Has Appropriate Properties For Making Road Embankments (It Is Cohesive And Easily Compacted) And Has The Properties To Self-Compact During Normal Road Use. 3. At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Declaration Of Conformity And Material Type Testing. 4. The Gravel Must Come From A Gravel Pit That Has A License To Extract Aggregate. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Execute The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of Road Traffic Regulations. If The Contractor Damages The Roads On Which The Coal Will Be Transported, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Them Immediately. 6. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Delivered Aggregate. 7. Aggregate Should Be Transported In Self-Unloading Vehicles, In A Way That Prevents Contamination Of The Roads On Which It Will Be Transported. 8. The Amount Of Delivered Aggregate Will Be Determined At The Place Of Delivery And Will Consist In Measuring The Aggregate In The Vehicles Cargo Box Or After Its Unloading. 9. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase Of A Coal Company, Its Loading, Transport And Unloading On The Road Section Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Bargłów Kościelny Commune. 10. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Quantity Of Aggregate Ordered, Which Depends On Current Demand. The Ordering Party Will Not Be Liable For Any Reduction In The Quantity Of The Ordered Product. Settlement With The Contractor Will Be Based On The Unit Price Indicated In The Offer And The Actual Quantity Of Material Ordered And Delivered. The Ordering Party Undertakes That The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Completed In At Least 60%.11. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Start Deliveries Of The Material Upon The Ordering Partys Request Submitted By Telephone, Fax Or Electronically By A Person Authorized By The Ordering Party Within No More Than 3 Business Days From The Date Of Notification.
