Tenders Are Invited For Organization And Conducting Of Polish As A Foreign Language Courses For Foreign Clients Of The Warsaw Family Assistance Center - Divided Into 2 Parts.
1) The Courses Will Be Carried Out In The Form Of Classes: - Stationary Group Course, - Stationary Individual Course, - Individual Online Course, 2) The Recipients Of The Course Will Be Adults Indicated By The Ordering Party - Foreigners Who Implement Individual Integration Programs At The Warsaw Family Assistance Center. 3) Before Starting The Teaching Classes, The Contractor Will Determine For Each Participant The Level Of Knowledge Of The Polish Language And The Availability Of The Days And Hours Of Classes Corresponding To The Participant. 4) Place Organization Of The Course Will Be Premises At The Contractors Disposal, Adapted And Accessible For People With Disabilities. 5) The Ordering Party Will Send A Written Referral Of The Potential Course Participant To The Contractor In Order To Carry Out Leveling Recruitment. 6) Before Starting The Teaching Classes, The Contractor Will Determine The Level Of Knowledge Of The Polish Language And The Availability Of The Days And Hours Of Classes (Meetings) Corresponding To The Participant - Hereinafter Referred To As Recruitment. This Will Take Place No Later Than Within 6 Days From The Date The Student Arrives With A Referral From The Ordering Party. 7) The Contractor Will Provide The Recruitment Results To The Ordering Party By Returning The Completed Original Referral Within 14 Days Of Completing The Leveling And Assigning The Student To A Course Group. 8) The Contractor Will Also Send To The Ordering Party Referrals Of Clients Not Qualified For The Courses, Stating The Reason. It Will Also Create A List Of Reserve Clients.9) Individual Client Cases Will Be Consulted Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party. 10) Recruitment Will Be Carried Out Stationary At The Contractors Office In An Oral And Written Form From 8:00 A.M. To 8:00 P.M. From Monday To Saturday. 11) During The First Stationary Classes, The Contractor Will Provide Each Participant With Stationery (File, Notebook, Pen, Pencil) And Teaching Materials Necessary To Properly Conduct The Classes. All Stationery And Teaching Materials Will Be Handed Over To The Participants.12) As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Keep The Following Documentation In Accordance With The Template Specified By The Ordering Party: - Attendance List, - Report On The Execution Of The Order.13) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Document The Attendance Of Each Participant Of The Classes, Provide Current Information About Absences, As Well As Report On The Learning Progress Of Each Participant.14) Three Unexcused Absences Of A Participant Will Disqualify Him From Further Participation In The Course. Course. In His Place, The Contractor, In Consultation With The Ordering Party, Will Refer A Participant From The Reserve List.15) After Completing The Classes, The Contractor Will Issue Course Completion Certificates To The Participants At The Appropriate Level.16) After Completing The Course, The Contractor Will Prepare Individual Reports On The
