Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of C 65 B3 Pu Asphalt Emulsion To The District Road Administration In Strzelin

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery (According To The Ordering Partys Needs) Of Fast-Disintegrating, Unmodified C65 B 3 Pu/Rc Cationic Asphalt Emulsion In A Total Amount Of 190 Mg To The Seat Of The District Road Administration In Strzelin Located In Górzec 21. The Order Includes The Delivery Of The Emulsion Along With Its Unloading (Pumping) To The Ordering Partys Tank, Located On The Premises Of The District Road Administration In Strzelin With Its Registered Office In Górzec 21, By November 20, 2026. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Material Scope Of The Order Without Giving Reasons, And The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims For Reducing The Quantity Of The Ordered Emulsion. The Ordering Party Will Each Time Issue An Order For The Delivery Of Asphalt Emulsion, Indicating The Delivery Quantity (From 1 - 10 T). The Emulsion Will Be Transported By A Car Allowing Entry To The Ordering Partys Premises, But Not Larger Than 10 Tons (Small Car Set Due To Difficult Entry). Delivery Will Take Place Within A Maximum Of Two Days From The Date Of Placing The Order By Telephone Or E-Mail. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To Each Emulsion Delivery A Declaration Of Compliance With A Certificate From The Entity Authorized To Control The Quality Confirming That The Asphalt Emulsion Meets Certain Standards Or Technical Specifications (Current Technical Approval, Certificate Of Conformity) Along With A Correctly Issued Invoice And The Wz Document. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right, During The Term Of The Contract, To Perform Testing At The Contractors Expense, At Least 3 Samples (From Different Deliveries) Of The Delivered Emulsion In An Accredited Testing Laboratory Indicated By The Ordering Party.
