1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Sports Equipment In The Form Of Climbing Walls For Bouldering In The Sports Hall In Zawiercie.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Delivery And Assembly Of A Training Wall With An Electrically Adjustable Hanging Angle, Equipped With An Integrated Hold Illumination System Controlled By A Mobile Application; B) Delivery And Assembly Of The Main Bouldering Climbing Wall With A Three-Dimensional Structure, Creating Three-Dimensional Formations With Various Angles Of Inclination; C) Delivery And Assembly Of The Necessary Climbing Equipment, Including Dedicated Holds And Structures (Made On The Basis Of Plywood And Laminate);D) Delivery And Installation Of A Tailored, Certified Safety Mat System (Including A Fixed Mat And Mobile Mats Connected With A Velcro System);E) Development Of The Necessary Documentation, Including The Structural Design Of The Wall And As-Built Documentation.3. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Meet All Safety Requirements And Standards For This Type Of Sports Facilities, Including: Pn-En 12572-2 Standard Or Equivalent.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Technical And Technological Parameters And Material Requirements, Can Be Found In Annex No. 6 To Swz.5. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order Amounting To Min. 24 Months, Max. 48 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol.6. In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.7. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Documents, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent.8. If Trademarks, Patents, Origins, Sources Or Specific Processes Are Used In The Documents, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Only Specify The Minimum Expected Quality And Functional Parameters And The Required Standard. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials Or Devices, I.E. Those Whose Technical, Qualitative And Operational Parameters Are No Worse (At Least The Same Or Better) Than Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And Their Use Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Adopted Solutions. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Offer That The Solutions Proposed By Him Equally Meet The Requirements Specifi
